The Program Manager develops, coordinates and evaluates educational programming at the Nature Center, including seasonal classes, field trips for school and scout groups, family programs, birthday parties, overnights, adult education, and special events. He/she also knows the park resources well, and serves as staff naturalist, fielding questions about wildlife and plants, and developing new ways to use the park for environmental education.

Qualifications: Qualifications: - bachelor’s degree in education, ecology, environmental science, biology, botany, outdoor recreation, or a related field - demonstrated teaching skills - commitment to environmental education - ability to lead nature hikes - creativity and leadership ability - genuine interest in children - ability to work in a very lively (distracting?) setting
