Aquatic Animal Health Tenure Position
Major: Wildlife and Fisheries | State: California | Job Type: Full Time | Date Posted: March 22, 2008
Employer: University of California at Davis
Description:Subject: Tenure track position in Aquatic Animal Health
We are running an Assistant-level tenure track search in Aquatic Animal
Health and are hoping that you can circulate the attached job ad to all
excellent candidates, appropriate list-serves, and academic contacts in your departments and schools. The position is written with a marine
fish/invertebrate focus, but we are searching more broadly than the ad
might at first imply. The position is unique in the sense that the
successful candidate will reside at Bodega Marine Laboratory (the
University of California at Davis' facility on the coast;
http://www-bml.ucdavis.edu/) while also having an appointment in the
Veterinary School. It will be a great opportunity for the right
person.
Although the closing date for the ad was this past September, we are
still actively soliciting applications (but will begin interviews soon). I
would greatly appreciate you bringing this opening to the attention of any
qualified and interested applicants.
