Description:Hancock Timber Resource Group (HTRG) is seeking applicants for the position of Valuation Analyst located in Charlotte, NC. This position is part of HTRG's Global Resource Information and Planning team, providing forest planning and investment modeling support for timberland acquisitions and existing investment properties.

Location: Charlotte

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have strong analytical and quantitative skills including knowledge of forest inventory, database analysis, GIS, and discounted cash flow analysis. A Bachelor's degree in forestry is required; forestry experience and a Master's degree are preferred. Some travel throughout North America may be required.
